What Baby Ate Wednesday

Hello Mama's and future Mama-to-bes,

I am so SOOOOOOOO proud to say that Aaron has finally started to eat a decent amount and variety of solid food!!!! Naturally, I am now worried about him eating a balanced diet - will the worrying ever end? I doubt it. As moms I think we will always find something to worry about. I know several mommies that feel the same, and I was thinking we should join forces and form a sort of community.

I always enjoy reading all of your experiences/ and baby updates on Instagram. So I am reaching out to you all and sharing a day in the {food} life of Aaron, in hopes that it will give some of you ideas for meals and snacks. AND  I hope you will comment here or on Instagram/FaceBook your meal/snack ideas whether your baby is 2 months old or 10 years old - they will always be our babies right?

I am in NO way a nutrition expert - this is just what I am doing for MY baby at this time :)

Morning Bottle - 6 oz. Breast-milk

Breakfast
1/4 C. Cheerios
1/4 C. Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
1/4 C. NurtureMe Organic Quinoa Baby Cereal
1/4 C, Mango Carrot and Banana Puree
1/4 Banana
1 oz. Water

Snack 
1/4 C. Yogurt Melts
4 oz. Breast-milk

Lunch
1/2 Avocado
1/8 C. Pinto Beans
1/8 C. Mexican Rice
Veggie Puffs
4 oz Breast-milk

Snack
4 oz. Breast-milk

Dinner
Few spoons of Mashed Potatoes with Cheese and Meat Loaf
6 oz. Breast-milk

*Since Breast-milk digests quickly he still wakes up for a 6 oz.bottle of Breast-milk at some point in the night.
